Who runs this site
Screen Repair (screenrepair.com.au) is a screen repair service in Australia. This policy covers this website and its quote form.
What we collect
- When you send the quote form: your name, your mobile number or email, the device type, the model, the fault and any notes you add.
- When you visit the site: pages viewed, rough location and device type, collected by Google Analytics (GA4). GA4 sets cookies to do this.
- When you send the quote form: your IP address, used to limit repeat submissions and block spam. The form text is also checked by a spam filtering service (Akismet).
Why we collect it
We use quote form details to reply with a price and the repair time. We use analytics figures to see which pages people use. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for anything else.
Cookies
You can refuse cookies in your browser or use the Google Analytics opt-out. The site still works without them.
Access and deletion
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it or have it deleted. Send a message through the quote form and say what you need.
The law
We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). If you are not happy with how we handled a request, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
